Expand- Please be noted that the turtle watching is totally dependable on natures hands hence no guarantee of turtles being present, timing and changes in tour.
- Camera Flash are not allowed during the nighttime tour and it's also not allowed to go near the turtle and touch them
- Service Beneficiary Cancellation Policy: In the event of reservation cancelation, the following charges will be applied: (1) No charges in case the cancellation occurs 4 days prior to tours/activities. (2) Charged at 50% in case the cancellation occurs 2 days prior to tours/activities. (3) Charge in full in case the cancellation occurs less than 2 days.
- Cancellation by the Provider: For circumstances beyond the control of the Provider, a substitute product shall be offered to the customer , e.g. alternative day during stay, or should customer decline, a full refund. If the Provider cancels the tours/activities for any other reason, the Service Beneficiary shall be refunded in full.
